You can stroll through the beautiful campus, which spans the heart of town or join us on fall Saturdays, as the Eagles play host to the best NCAA Division II teams in the nation. Jefferson City is also a regional hub for healthcare. Tenova Jefferson Memorial Hospital serves multiple counties throughout our rural East TN region. In addition to one of the nation’s best hospitals, we have great facilities for skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care. We are proud to be the home of the 190th Engineer Company of the Tennessee Army National Guard and strongly support the men and women who serve and defend our Country. Recent upgrades to the city’s water and wastewater distribution facilities provide the infrastructure base to meet the needs of a growing community.
